23rd AGM & Tourism Conference

The 2023 AGM and Tourism Conference was held in Whapmagoostui on November 6 to 9. The theme of the event was “Sustainability: The Heart of Cree Tourism.”

Thank you to the community of Whapmagoostui for hosting this year’s event! We appreciate everyone who helped make this event a success.

The lanyards for our event were created by Deborah Ratt. Deborah is a Cree beadwork artist and the owner of CreeAtions Jewels. In addition to her commissioned work and original creations, Deborah also offers traditional beading lessons and workshops. Thank you, Deborah!
